Ebb terms of use
Ebb's terms apply together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, the standard agreement wins. In short, Ebb is a focus game and a removable speed bump, it makes no health claims, and any subscription is billed and refunded by Apple. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Which agreement applies?
Apple's standard EULA is at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms on this page apply in addition to it.
What is Ebb?
Ebb is a focus game and a speed bump you add in front of apps using Apple's Shortcuts app. It is not a lock, and you can always switch the automation off or delete it. The focus game is a game. It is not a medical, diagnostic or cognitive-health test, and Ebb makes no health claims.
How do subscriptions work?
Ebb Pro is offered as an annual or weekly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The app shows prices before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription. Apple handles refunds.
What is fair use?
Do not reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, and do not use duel links to send spam.
Is there a warranty?
Ebb depends on iOS and the Shortcuts app, which can change. The aim is to keep the gate working, but it cannot be guaranteed that every automation runs every time. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
